Tony Harding has been a member of Caulfield Photograhic Society for around 15 years. Whilst having a passion for landscape photography, he has widened his interest to many other genres including portraiture, architecture, street photography and creative.
Through numerous national and international acceptances and awards, Tony obtained his Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique (AFIAP) Honours in 2013 and AAPS Honours from the Australian Photographic Society (APS) in 2014. Tony won the national Macquarie Photographic Prize (People) in 2015 and has several times had his photographic work shortlisted and exhibited in City of Kingston’s LENS Mist and Melbourne Open House collections. He has had work published in Australian Photography and various other magazines in both Australia and overseas. He won Best Photograph at the Dandenong Show in 2017 and was shortlisted in the Australian Conceptual Photography Prize 2019 and 2020.
Tony is an active member of Australian Photographic Judges Association
(WWW.APJA.ORG.AU) based in Melbourne, having completed training to level 4 to support his continued judging of club, inter-club and national photographic competitions like Pakenham and VAPS Interclub. He is also currently Secretary of he Victorian Association of Photographic Societies (VAPS).
